If you are new to putting weight in your hands and going upside down we will break it down, step by step, and look at the foundations for a safe and rewarding practice. If you are an experienced arm balancer/inverter we will play with some challenging poses and transitions. Going upside down and placing weight through the hands can be scary at first, but we will support each other through a journey to balance and invert. We will look at some simple anatomy and practical tips to strengthen your body and your practice. You will be able take this knowledge forward into class and home practice.

Celebrating your femininity and releasing built up tension, we invite you to a beautiful afternoon of waking up the goddess inside you. Whether dormant or active, combining energy healing and spirit, you will be guided through an inspiring and fun workshop. Working with techniques such as meditation and crystal healing, we will balance the energy of each goddess and in turn balance our own. You will come away from the session with a plan for a continued relationship with your goddesses, as well as being filled with light and collective energy from the other beautiful goddess attendees.

Unwind and unravel the emotion of the hips and open into your heart. We store a lot of old emotion in our hips and we can hold pain and suffering in the heart. This workshop will focus on creating space and freedom in our hips. We will gently open the heart using lots of juicy postures creating lightness and space. We will create heat in the body to slowly let go of stored emotion in the hips and release hardness in the heart to prepare the body for postures that work the hips and open the heart further, leaving you feeling free and light. All levels welcome

Kat invites you to join her for a yoga workshop created for self care. By way of yogic philosophy and the practices of meditation, pranayama, mantra, journaling and restorative yoga, Kat will guide you on a journey to free up the mind from Tapas (burn out). There will also be a sweet and long Savasana with the purpose of restoration and rebirth.This workshop will ease you into the darker, quieter months and get you ready for some serious hibernation. This is the practice of nourishing yourself so you can better support others and create lasting changes of self-care in your life. No experience is required – come exactly as you are. Whether or not you are new to yoga on the mat, Kat will be fully present for your journey. Her main goal is to give you tools so you can continue this ritual of deliberate self-care and personal enrichment. Please feel free to bring your favorite notebook and/or pens, though paper and pens will be provided.

Ground your practice in strong, steady foundations and watch yourself soar! In this workshop, we will work through a fun and dynamic flow, but will slow down to break down and perfect the foundations of a powerful yoga practice. If you love power yoga, but 60 minutes isn’t enough time to explore the basics, then this workshop is perfect for you! We’ll take a closer look at the common tenets of a dynamic practice - think downward facing dog, chaturanga dandasana, vinyasa, some more in depth study of arm balances & inversions, but also more time spent on strengthening wrists, shoulders and core. This workshop is open to all levels, whether you are a seasoned power yogi, or always wanted to give it a go but want to ensure you start with strong and safe foundations. We’ll have fun, create some heat, and share ideas!

If you love running but find niggling injuries are creeping into your body or your recovery time is starting to get longer, then come along to this workshop to learn how a yoga practise could boost your performance. This workshop will give you knowledge of how to develop a safe Yoga routine to help ease out running niggles, tight muscles and sore joints. Runner’s develop such stability in their joints but are often not aware of just how tense they are getting, yoga can have a tremendous impact on mobility and flexibility in the body. This workshop will include a runners sequence based on both static and dynamic stretches ideal for taking into your warmups, cool downs and recovery sessions. Matt is an experienced distance runner who will provide options to all, this workshop is open to all levels, including runners who have never done Yoga before.

Tightness in the hips, pelvis and legs is something that so many of us deal with on a daily basis -let’s spend some time on a lovely Sunday afternoon working through some poses and sequences designed to alleviate tension and leave you feeling strong and supple. This workshop will be a combination of deep, slow hip openers for the entire circumference of the hips and pelvis, held in a traditional yin style, as well as a more dynamic sequence of flow that emphasises hip and hamstring opening. Open to all levels, the workshop will offer modifications and options for each individual.

As the dark night’s fall, and the weather gets a little cooler, it’s time to slow down and restore the body in preparation for the winter ahead. I will lead you through a delicious restorative sequence which will create space in the body. With long holds and lots of silence allowing you to fully tune into you body and feel the benefits of yoga postures. We will finish up with a Yoga Nidra practice which will leave you feeling rested and restored. All levels welcome.

This is a workshop your body will love! We will be use tennis balls to release tight areas in the body in particular the hips and back, and finishing with a long savasana this workshop will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. You’ll even go away with a few tips to recreate this feeling in the comfort of your own home.

This therapeutic sequence will allow you to safely explore backbending creating freedom in your heart, and allowing you to soften into the postures. Working through gentle backbends to both strengthen the back and open up your heart, in struggle free way. We will use lots of props to help you backbend safely and find space and integrity in the postures. Culminating with an apex pose of your choice to fully open and release any constriction or holding. There will be options for all levels.

When we connect to and move from our core we are able to better support ourselves and move with greater freedom, and integrity. Our core is not just about our abdominals it also encompasses the surrounding muscles in the pelvis and upper body. We will focus on initiating movement from the core, creating stability in the shoulders and hips as we move through space. Using your breath to light up your core will be a huge element of this workshop allowing you to live with more vitality and energy. Leaving you with a spring in your step. There will be basic inversions all welcome .
